Directions: 2 kg (4 lb): 1/2 cup daily. 5 kg (11 lb): 3/4 cup per day. 10 kg (22 lb): 1 1/2 cups per day. 20 kg (44 lb): 2 1/3 cups per day. 30 kg (66 lb): 3 cups per day. Add 1/4 cup per 10 kg increment. Adjust amount according to age and activity level.
