Directions: 2 kg (5 lbs): 1/3 cup daily. 3 kg (7 lb): 1/2 cup per day. 4 kg (9 lb): 2/3 cup per day. 5 kg ?? (11 lb): 1 cup per day. 7 kg (15 lb): 1 1/4 cups per day. 7 kg + (15 lb +): add 1/8 cup per kg. Adjust amount according to age and activity level.
