When your dog is not properly restrained, he can climb into the front seat and prevent you from driving. The Bungee safety hook, which attaches directly to the seat belt, was developed to give you confidence when riding with your pup on your adventures. It easily snaps into the female seat belt slot and attaches to your pup's harness with a durable steel carabiner. The built-in elastic strap stretches to give your pup wiggle room when he needs it, and snaps back into place when he doesn't. Adjustable from 22 to 26". When fully stretched, the elastic adds an additional 10" to the overall length.
