A unique hybrid habitat with an elongated shape, the Twist cage features wire mesh and clear plastic parts that allow you to see your small animal from all angles.

In addition to providing a great view, the wide mesh surround at the top of the Twist cage provides 360 degree air circulation that hamsters will love.

A very large plastic door opens on the top, thus making it easy to take your small animal. The door is made of transparent plastic and provides a very nice overhead view of the interior. This door is also equipped with an easy-to-use sliding lock that prevents your pet from escaping.

The lower part of the habitat is made up of a lightly shaded plastic base that prevents drafts and allows the interior to be seen without problems. Rounded corners inside the elongated base prevent gnawing and make cleaning easier.

Because the feeding area is raised, the hamster has to work to reach its food, as if it were in the wild, thus encouraging it to move. This feeding area also eliminates the use of food bowls, which often get knocked over and whose contents end up getting mixed in with shavings and litter.

The cage features a space-saving water bottle located adjacent to the exterior of the habitat, a super-quiet exercise wheel, a patented Habitrail lock fitting, two retaining rings and two windows. The cage is very easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning.
